Important Notes :

• * Kindly look for the paging / placard at the arrival hall . Incase if you are unable to locate the driver / Guide , Please proceed to the information counter and ask them to call the tour coordinator immediately.
• * please do not change the recommended itinerary / Time without the approval off the tour coordinator to ensure smooth flow of service.
• * if you are dissatisfied with any of the services / Driver /Guide , please notify the tour coordinator for immediate rectification. If you are still dissatisfied with the solution, please feel free to call the Guest Relation Manager.

Amendment /Cancellation/refund policy:

If circumstances make you amend or cancel your Trip, the amendment/ cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the Booking conditions of the Package, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges.

FIT Cancellation charges per person :

• • 30 days or more prior to the departure - nil charges
• • 30 TO 15 days prior to the departure - 35 % of the Package cost.
• • 14 to 07 days prior to the departure - 60% of the Package cost.
• • 06 to 1 days prior to the departure - 85% of the Package cost.
• • In case of no show - 100 % of the Package cost

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• * Surcharge applicable for transfers between 2300 to 0600 hrs.*
• * Peak Surcharge not included may vary upon confirmation
• * Confirmation is subject to room availability.
• * Rates quoted above are based on current exchange rate and subject to increase.
• * Airport SIC Transfer- Guests will have to look for the placard in their name if not visible please call the contact number given in your voucher.
• Guests will have to wait until other passengers sharing the transfer are assembled to proceed to their respective hotels.
• * Guests are advised to wait at the hotel lobby as per the schedule time for pick up for tours and transfers. Please allow a waiting time of 15 to 30 mts to be picked up by our representative as they have to pick up guests from hotels as well.
• * If guests for any reason miss their secluded pick up they will have to make their own arrangements to proceed to their hotel or join the tour as these tours and transfers are based on Seat In Coach Basis and no refund will be entertained.

NOTE: ALL HOTEL ARE SUBJECT TO TOURISM TAX PER ROOM PER NIGHT WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED DIRECTLY FROM THE GUEST FOR ALL FIT BOOKING.
